All participants of guiding excursions agree to the aforementioned statement of disclosure, responsibility and liability at the time of booking. By hiring NY fishtales guide service you agree to assume all risks associated with the guided activity. Please let us know if you have a physical condition that might affect your health or saftey on the water so that we can make your outing a safe and enjoyable one.

Photo Policy

NY Fishtales Charters and it's sub contractors have the right to publish any and all photos taken during a guided excursion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation due to bad weather is at the captain's discretion. We will rebook your trip at that time or offer a full refund of your deposit

If you must cancel your charter, 60 days notice prior to your reservation is required for a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to you reservation, we will be happy to reschedule.

Deposits

For lake charters , a deposit of $100 per boat per day is required at the time of booking with the balance due upon arrival.

For river trips, A deposit of $50 per person per day must be made within 14 days of booking. For bookings less than 14 days in advance, a credit card deposit must be made at the time of booking.
